The service
QUANTUM TRANSPORT™ provides secure file transport: your file is held in a pending ("superposition") state until the recipient personally ratifies delivery. The service includes scheduled transports, a digital safe, a conditional-release vault, destruction certificates, and an affiliate programme. Service is provided by Yehudah Shilo Groskin, Jerusalem, Israel (Patent IL 332465).
Accounts
You must provide accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your QT address. You may close your account at any time.
Products and prices
The service is sold as credit packages and subscriptions. The product, price, and the number of credits or the subscription period are displayed clearly at the moment of purchase and charged in the currency shown at checkout. Credits are consumed per transport action as displayed in the application.
Payment
Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Allpay and PayPal) under their terms. Your purchase is confirmed when the provider confirms the charge.
Refunds — 30 days
You may request a full refund of any purchase within 30 days of the charge by emailing us at the address below with your QT address and the payment reference. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Credits already spent on completed transports may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful content or activity, to infringe others' rights, or to attack the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The holding window
Payloads not ratified or refused are automatically destroyed after the 7-day holding window and a destruction certificate is issued to both parties. Destroyed content cannot be recovered.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel; courts of Jerusalem have jurisdiction.
